Norfolk International Airport has one, single two-level passenger terminal with Main/Departure and Arrivals Terminal. The terminal holds two concourses: a sky-bridge connects concourse A and Concourse B. Concourses on the 2ndlevel of the Main/Departure Terminal. The terminals at ORF are served by uniformed Airport Ambassador Volunteers, who offer assistance for passengers throughout the airport. The International Arrivals arrive at boarding gate A1. Passengers should go-ahead to the 2ndlevel and take the pedestrian bridge to the Arrivals building. At this level, passengers can pick-up bags and go through customs and border protection.
The Main / Departure Terminal is located on the Lower Level of the airport and only houses TTY phones and Airport Police.
On the 1stlevel of the Main Terminal, there are all airline ticket counters situated. Besides, passengers can find here the following facilities: the baggage claim area, an ATM, airline offices, rental car desks, and Military Information Center. Outside of this level, across from carousels N4 and N5, there are passenger pick-up areas, taxi standpoints, and transport shuttle.
On the 2ndlevel, there are Airport Administration office, ATM, conference center, BB&T Bank, mailbox, foreign currency exchange, food & drink, and retail concessions. There is access to Concourses A and B. The pedestrian bridge, which is situated on the 2ndlevel, connects to the Arrivals Terminal, parking, and rental car areas. Besides, there are the USO Welcome Center, Airport Parking, and TSA Administration offices.
Concourse A holds gates A2-A11 and serves Southwest and American airlines. Also, there are food & drink, Tech on the Go, a newsstand, and ATM. Concerning the Concourse B, it includes boarding gates B16-B29 and serves Allegiant, United and Delta airlines. The concourse B provides offers food and drink, the $10 Boutique, and newsstand stores. Recently, the terminal was renovated, its renovation included restrooms, the family convenience rooms, 3 'mother's rooms' were added in the concourses, and the main lobby.
